During Wrestlemania weekend here in Atlanta I had the pleasure of taking a lot of wrestling. The best time I had may have at the live taping and IPPV broadcast for Dragon Gate USA Mercury Rising 2011. If you are not familiar with Dragon Gate USA here is a little background on the promotion. Dragon Gate USA (DGUSA) is an American professional wrestling promotion founded in 2009 as an international expansion of the Japanese promotion Dragon Gate.
Gabe Sapolsky, former head booker of Ring of Honor, serves as the promotion's Vice President.
Here is the card for the event. I am not going to a match by match review because I want to you order this and check it out. It is that good. The matches were top notch and it told an excellent story. The crowd really was into the event the entire evening...
